Norven

Norven, the Harbinger of Chaos is the god of Chaos, Change, Conflict and Destruction, son of the Allmother and brother of Leiza. He represents evolution, natural disasters and is the protector of artisans, warriors and thieves. He impersonates the Moon and darkness. His symbol is a white flame inside a crescent moon.

Although he is often represented as a negative being, mainly due to propaganda spread by the Church of the Last Light, he is not an evil god per se. Elves for instance have great respect for him as the bringer of change and evolution, while Leiza is seen as embodying stagnation and inactivity.

He is most prominent in Eleron and among the elven community, but has strong followings in Durenai and Kaminathe as well. Followers of Norven are actively prosecuted by the Church of the Last Light, making its cult effectively illegal in Araelith.
